Startup Description:

Breakcold is a Sales CRM & Sales Pipeline Management Software 🛠️ designed for agencies, startups, and consultants. Their platform helps businesses engage and contact prospects across LinkedIn, Telegram, and Email in one place 📬, streamlining the sales process and boosting productivity 🚀. Breakcold embraces a fully remote team spread across Europe & Asia and is currently looking for their first hire from the Philippines.

Schedule: Full-time position of 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, Paris time zone (3 pm to 12 am Manila).

Target start date: April 2025 (30-day notice accepted) 

What you’ll do:

• Your primary role will be to grow Breakcold's YouTube channel and the CEO's personal channel:

• Create engaging and top-quality videos for both YouTube channels with various formats from niche videos to business vlogs.

• Collaborate directly with the CEO to brainstorm video ideas and get high-quality content from the other departments.

• Analyze video retention data to refine editing, storytelling, and pacing.

• Understand Breakcold's product and B2B sales language to streamline the editing process.

• Meet multiple project deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and techniques, to continuously improve capabilities and deliver cutting-edge videos.

What you’ll need:

• Obsessed with YouTube: you love it, you enjoy watching videos from creators like Hillier Smith and other top video editors.

• Strong video editing skills with some motion design knowledge, with the software of your choice.

• Familiarity with Youtube strategy and analytics tools such as VidIQ & ViewStats is a plus.

• Solid understanding of video editing principles such as image editing, sound editing, color grading, typography animations, and transitions.

• A natural instinct for video engagement and curiosity for new video formats and technologies.

• Highly motivated to work with a sense of urgency and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
