Dia Creative, a rapidly growing marketing agency, seeks an in-house video editor experienced in Youtube, social media, and digital ad video editing. The ideal candidate is familiar with Youtube editing (faceless, talking head, podcast) as well as the nuances of editing for Instagram and TikTok. You must be experienced in sourcing quality b-roll footage that is relevant for faceless YouTube videos. Your skills in video editing, storytelling, and attention to detail will be key to your success in this role.

What You Will Do
Build our YouTube library: Edit audio podcasts and generate faceless video versions. Edit talking head and video podcasts for long-form YouTube, as well as clips for shorts.
Create Engaging Reels: Edit and produce short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts that are aligned with brand messaging, trends, and audience engagement.
Ability to use graphic and animation templates to build titles, lower-thirds and unique transitions/animations as needed.
Platform-Specific Content: Tailor content to meet the unique requirements and trends of each platform, ensuring optimal engagement and performance.
Collaborate with Brand Managers: Work closely with the client's Brand Managers to refine content, provide feedback, and ensure that videos align with the client's vision and branding strategy.
Content Improvement: Bring fresh ideas to the table and suggest improvements to elevate the quality of the content, ensuring it resonates with the target audience.
Editing Tools Expertise: Beyond your preferred editing platform (Premiere, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci) Experience with CapCut, Canva, and other short-form video editing tools is a plus when working with the team.

Qualifications
Fully fluent in English
Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time)
Experience: Proven experience in video editing, specifically creating short-form content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube faceless videos).
Technical Skills: Strong expertise in video editing tools, including CapCut, Canva, and other relevant editing software.
Creativity: A keen eye for detail, creativity, and an ability to craft videos that capture attention and drive engagement.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with Brand Managers and contribute to content strategy and improvement.
