OVERVIEW:

Bullshark is looking for an exceptional UX & UI Specialist to join our growing technology unit. This role is for a strategic thinker and hands-on designer who can craft seamless, high-performing user experiences across web, mobile, and software platforms.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, strategists, and product owners, to ensure that every product we design is not only visually stunning but also intuitive, user-focused, and conversion-driven. From enterprise platforms to e-commerce and marketing sites, your work will shape the way thousands of users interact with digital products.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about pushing UX/UI boundaries. You should be comfortable with client interaction, user research, and implementing best practices that deliver world-class results.

DETAILS:

• Role Type: Full Time

• Hours: 08:30-17:00 CET/CEST

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

(1) User-Centered Design & Strategy

• Analyze technical and business requirements to craft seamless, intuitive user experiences.

• Develop user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Advocate for user-first design principles, balancing business goals with usability and accessibility.

• Stay ahead of UX/UI trends, behavioral analytics, and usability research to refine our approach.

(2) Design Execution & Quality Assurance

• Ensure that every product meets world-class UX/UI standards—from usability to visual aesthetics.

• Work closely with developers to translate wireframes into fully functional designs.

• Conduct user testing and gather feedback, iterating on designs for maximum impact.

• Maintain a design system and component libraries to ensure brand consistency across products.

(3) Cross-Team Collaboration & Client Interaction

• Engage with clients, product owners, and developers to align on project objectives and user needs.

• Present wireframes, design concepts, and user flows to both internal teams and clients.

• Work in tandem with developers and QA teams to ensure a seamless transition from design to deployment.

(4) Process Optimization & Innovation

• Contribute to continuous UX/UI process improvements to enhance product and service quality.

• Champion best practices in accessibility, responsive design, and mobile-first development.

• Implement data-driven decision-making, leveraging tools like heatmaps, A/B testing, and analytics.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

(1) Technical Skills:

• UX/UI Mastery: A proven track record in the field and deep understanding of user psychology, usability best practices, and conversion optimization.

• Figma Expertise: Advanced experience with design systems, prototyping, and team collaboration in Figma.

• User Journey & Wireframing: Ability to map out customer journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

• WordPress & Elementor: Ability to design and implement WordPress-based websites using Elementor as a page builder.

• Project Management Tools: Experience using JIRA, ClickUp, or similar platforms for task tracking and workflow management.

(2) Additional Skills

• English Language: Full proficiency in the English language (both written and verbal).

• Design & Development Collaboration: Strong ability to work with developers to bring designs to life.

• Multi-Project Management: Ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously.

• Presentation & Communication: Ability to articulate design rationale to both clients and internal teams.

(3) Nice to Haves

• Additional Skills (Nice to Have, but Not Required)

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (to bridge the gap between design and development).

• Fluency in multiple languages (English required).

• Experience managing hybrid or remote design teams.

• Understanding of UX research methodologies (e.g., A/B testing, heatmaps, user testing).
