Responsible in growing the AXA Philippines Business by recruiting, developing and leading financial advisors specializing on Protection and Health, Savings and Asset Management, and Casualty and Property.
Qualifications
legal age
Management Experience at least 2 yrs
Preferably Business, Banking or Engineering Course
Has handled/managed more than 5 people
Background in Recruitment Sourcing and Attraction is a plus
2-3 years sales experience
College graduate
With org affiliations (plus)
With personal laptop/tablet
Tech Savvy
Has strong motivational skills, very driven, with energy
Industries: Pharma, FMCG, Banking, Finance, BPO, Hospitality, Premium Sales, Auto, Distribution, Top Govt ranking, academe
With proven record of driving a HyPerforming Team

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
