About the Role
We're seeking talented UI/UX Designers at various experience levels to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you'll be responsible for developing compelling B2B digital assets, including websites and marketing campaigns. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams in problem-solving, decision-making, and campaign organization, gaining comprehensive exposure to B2B marketing services.
Depending on your experience level, you'll have opportunities to grow from executing design concepts to leading strategic initiatives and mentoring team members.
Challenges You'll Tackle
Core Responsibilities (All Levels):
Translate design concepts into visually compelling prototypes, mockups, and interactive designs
Incorporate client brand guidelines and analyze existing design assets
Execute and adapt design assets across multiple platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, marketing, data & development)
Manage client feedback and revisions to meet expectations
Additional Responsibilities by Level:
Associate Level (1-2 years experience):
Support the development of UI kits and design systems
Create digital marketing assets using provided templates or concept directions
Assist with web projects covering UX, user journey, information architecture, and wireframing
Mid-Level (3+ years experience):
Conduct user research and analysis to inform data-driven design decisions
Develop and maintain UI kits and design systems to ensure brand consistency
Create various digital marketing assets independently, including landing pages, emails, microsites, and banner ads
Execute web projects covering UX, user journey, information architecture, wireframing, and UI
Senior Level (5+ years experience):
Lead and mentor a team of designers in creating high-quality, user-centric interfaces
Lead user research initiatives and translate insights into actionable design recommendations
Identify and solve complex design challenges with innovative solutions
Oversee the creation of comprehensive design systems and style guides
Lead strategic assessment and execution of high-quality digital marketing assets
Strategize web projects from conception through execution
Provide guidance and support to enhance team members' skills
Deliverables
You'll be responsible for creating various digital marketing assets, including:
Landing pages and microsites
Email templates and campaigns
Webpages and digital experiences
Social and digital banner ads
Reporting dashboards
Sales and marketing materials for account-based marketing (ABM) and demand generation
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field
Experience Requirements:
Associate Level: Minimum 1 year of UI/UX design experience
Mid-Level: Minimum 3 years of UI/UX design experience
Senior Level: Minimum 5 years of UI/UX design experience with team leadership experience
Technical Skills (All Levels):
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or equivalent tools
Ability to present design concepts through prototypes, mockups, and illustrations
Capability to integrate technical and visual solutions
Excellent attention to detail and design sensibility
Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English
Additional Skills by Level:
Associate Level: Basic understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies
Mid-Level: In-depth understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies
Senior Level: Expert understanding of UI/UX principles and experience in managing junior designers

Position Level and Compensation
The specific level assigned (Associate, Mid-level, or Senior) will be determined based on your experience, portfolio quality, and interview performance. Compensation will be commensurate with the level and experience.
