UI/UX Designer Intern Position Description

The UI/UX Designer Intern at GoTeam will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience and accessibility of our digital products. This internship offers an opportunity to collaborate with professional designers and developers, contributing innovative ideas to create user-centered designs. The ideal candidate will gain firsthand experience in the design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and testing, helping to shape engaging and effective interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for new features and enhancements.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy.

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on design solutions.

• Maintain consistency of design across all platforms and products.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

• Currently enrolled in an Internship or OJT subject

• Minimum of 300 internship hours

• Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is preferred, along with awareness of responsive design principles.

• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, including web and mobile interfaces.

• Good communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
