Job Summary

We are looking for a seasonedTech Team Headto lead the application delivery team for Core Business Delivery. The successful candidate will manage complex projects involving digital and online transaction solutions and lead a team of developers and IT professionals. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of financial services applications.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the delivery of applications related to digital and online financial transactions. Oversee end-to-end project management for digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategies. Manage vendor and third-party System Integrator (SI) engagements, including contract negotiations and performance assessments. Ensure the successful implementation of front-end applications such asmobile/digital banking apps(Android/iOS) with seamless integration of third-party services. Develop and implement strategies forcapacity planning, risk management,and team development. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver scalable technology solutions. Key Qualifications: Experience: At least5 years of application delivery experiencein thefinancial services industry. At least5 years of experience in managing complex projectsinvolving digital or online-transaction solutions. Proven track record in handlingvendor and third-party SI engagements. Technical Expertise: Experience infront-end applicationssuch as mobile and digital banking forAndroid/iOSplatforms. Knowledge ofintegration with third-party applications. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with experience inmanaging and mentoringmedium-to-large-scale teams. Expertise incapacity planningand resource management. Methodologies:Familiarity withend-to-end project management and application delivery methodologies. Education:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Skills:Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
