Key Responsibilities:
✔ Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and selection criteria.
✔ Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social media, job boards, and professional networks).
✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment for both volume and corporate hiring.
✔ Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and facilitate the hiring process.
✔ Ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
Qualifications:
✅ Minimum of 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
✅ Strong background in agent-level and lateral hiring.
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✅ A keen understanding of diverse roles within an organization.
✅ Must be willing to work onsite (1-2x per week) in Ortigas, Pasig City.
