We are looking for a results-driven Talent Acquisition Lead with extensive experience hiring for top-tier digital marketing agencies that cater to international brands.


You’ll be responsible for rapidly scaling our e-commerce and digital marketing teams , hiring experts in:

  • Performance Marketing (Meta, Google Ads)

  • Retention Marketing (Email, SMS)

  • Creative Design & Copywriting

  • AI Marketing Automation

  • Data & Analytics

Your mission is to hire 4-5 new team members per week while leading a team of recruiters and optimizing a data-driven hiring process.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Recruitment & Planning

  • Develop a comprehensive hiring plan tailored to the Philippine talent market.

  • Partner with department heads & leadership teams to define hiring goals.

High-Volume Hiring Execution

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to offer stage.

  • Prioritize urgent hires and align recruitment with company growth targets.

Local Market Expertise

  • Source top talent from leading multinational agencies & outsourcing firms.

  • Utilize JobStreet, Kalibrr, LinkedIn, and industry networks for sourcing.

Candidate Sourcing & Employer Branding

  • Create compelling job postings & targeted recruitment campaigns.

  • Promote company culture and attend networking events, webinars, and job fairs.

Team Management & Training

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters.

  • Train hiring managers on structured interviews & unbiased candidate evaluation.

Data & Analytics

  • Track key hiring metrics: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire.

  • Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies.

Compliance & Culture Fit

  • Ensure hiring aligns with Philippine labor laws and company policies.

  • Promote diversity & inclusion in recruitment.


Qualifications

Experience:

  • 5+ years in end-to-end recruitment (digital marketing, creative, analytics).

  • Proven success in high-volume hiring for global agencies or multinational companies.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing & e-commerce roles.

  • Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, AI-driven marketing, analytics.

Tools & Systems:

  • Experience with ATS platforms (Workable, Greenhouse, BambooHR).

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Kalibrr.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent English communication skills (Tagalog is a plus).

  • Strong stakeholder management & ability to work with global teams.

  • High emotional intelligence & cultural sensitivity.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology (or relevant experience).
