Job Overview
The Spanish Bilingual Quality Analyst - AR Follow up is responsible for conducting quality audits, analyzing performance data, and generating reports to drive improvements in accounts receivable processes. This role involves identifying risks, diagnosing inefficiencies, and recommending process enhancements to optimize outcomes. Additionally, the position requires active participation in developing and implementing solutions using best practices. Close collaboration with Operations and Training teams is essential to ensure consistency, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
Your Responsibilities:
Ensure Compliance & Quality Standards – Monitor AR follow-up processes to ensure adherence to quality guidelines, client expectations, and internal performance metrics.
Audit & Reporting – Conduct quality assessments, generate detailed reports, and provide insights to improve process efficiency and accuracy.
Process Improvement – Identify gaps, recommend enhancements, and collaborate with leadership to implement solutions that optimize performance.
Training & Development – Assist in new hire training, refresher courses, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to maintain a high-performing team.
Regulatory Compliance – Stay updated on industry regulations, policies, and procedural changes, ensuring compliance with documentation and reimbursement standards.
Collaboration & Communication – Work closely with Operations, Training, and Leadership teams to address issues, share findings, and drive continuous improvement.
Client Interaction – Participate in client discussions and presentations as needed, providing insights and recommendations for quality enhancement.
Productivity & Performance Management – Monitor workloads, adjust as necessary, and ensure all projects and tasks are completed within deadlines.
Issue Resolution – Handle inquiries, complaints, and concerns, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
Service Excellence & Teamwork – Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and service excellence within the department.
What our Client is Looking For:
Fluent in English and Spanish
2+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst in healthcare insurance collections, self-pay, customer service, compliance, or training in a call center setting.
Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle, including insurance, billing, collections, Managed Care, Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Practices.
Experience with Physician/Professional Billing, denied claims, appeals, and outbound AR transactions (Payers).
Familiarity with practice management systems (EPIC PB, Allscripts, Cerner preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required) and multiple software applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience in training, quality audits, and staff evaluations.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Works well individually and in teams while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
