Job Description:

We are looking for a Social Media Content Specialist with expertise in Capcut/AI tools video editing, marketing, and Canva to create engaging, high-performing content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling visual content, managing social media accounts, and driving brand awareness through strategic content marketing initiatives. This position is Part-time or can lead to full-time depending on job performance. This is a Work From Home position based in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, edit, and publish high-quality short-form and long-form video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Design visually appealing graphics, presentations, and promotional materials using Canva and other design tools.

• Plan, schedule, and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and strategic brand messaging.

• Optimize content for SEO, social media algorithms, and audience engagement to maximize reach and performance.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine content strategies and stay ahead of trends.

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align content with brand goals and campaigns.

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess content effectiveness and implement data-driven improvements.

• Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions to foster brand loyalty.

• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge content creation.

• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suites, Remote Meetings, Email and Chat.

Technical Requirements: Video Editing & Multimedia

✅ Proficiency in video editing software such as:

• Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or a similar app

• Experience with Canva carousel and video editing for quick social media videos

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics & animation (After Effects is a plus)

• Ability to trim, edit, add effects, and enhance videos for engagement and storytelling

Graphic Design & Content Creation

✅ Strong experience with Canva to design:

• Social media posts, infographics, and promotional assets

• Carousels, thumbnails, and animated posts

• Ad creatives and branded templates

✅ Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator is a plus

Social Media Marketing & Management

✅ Experience using social media management tools, such as:

• Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social

✅ Ability to schedule, optimize, and analyze content across platforms
✅ Knowledge of hashtag strategies, engagement tactics, and best posting times

Analytics & Performance Tracking

✅ Experience with social media analytics & reporting tools, such as:

• Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, Facebook Insights, YouTube Studio

• Ability to interpret data and make content strategy recommendations

• A/B testing for different types of content and formats

Copywriting & Storytelling

✅ Strong copywriting skills to craft engaging captions, headlines, and descriptions
✅ Ability to write call-to-actions (CTAs) that drive conversions and engagement

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in social media content creation, video editing, or digital marketing

• Proven track record of growing and engaging social media audiences

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing trends

• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
