We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media and Community Manager to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for growing and managing our online communities, increasing brand engagement, and strengthening customer relationships across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Social Media Management
Develop and execute a social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Create and schedule daily posts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other platforms.
Stay updated on social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Use analytics tools to measure campaign success and optimize performance.
🔹 Community Engagement
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster online discussions.
Organize and participate in community events and live sessions to boost brand presence.
Build relationships with customers, potential clients, industry professionals, and journalists.
Act as the face of the brand, maintaining an authentic and engaging online presence.
🔹 Content Creation
Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling content for social platforms.
Oversee the creation of multimedia content (images, videos, reels, etc.).
Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all digital channels.
🔹 Reporting and Analysis
Track and analyze key performance metrics (traffic, engagement, audience growth).
Provide feedback and insights to improve future marketing campaigns.
Develop and manage social influencer programs and attend industry events.
