Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR or a related field
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within shared services or centralized function, including familiarity with ERP systems
Strong background in process improvement and team management
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in project management and reporting
This is a project based role and renewal is contingent upon performance
Responsibilities:
Analyzes, defines, and identifies opportunities to improve financial efficiencies through shared services
Develops business models that standardize processes across the network, achieve economies of scale
Proposes and implements technology solutions, including process automation and optimization, to enhance shared services
Coordinates with project teams and ensures the timely and effective delivery and operationalization of the shared services processes
Manages and monitors budgets allocated for shared services projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and accountability
