We are looking for developers to design, develop, and implement projects for our digital solutions team. We are seeking individuals with passion to take software technology to the next level. Our proprietary applications streamline scheduling, payroll, communication and performance feedback. Our team not only takes pride in our work, but also in the way we do it. As Software Developer, You Will…

• Work with a team of developers to build tools to improve customer experience

• Work in a fast-paced agile software development environment

• Develop applications that interface with multiple systems (web, desktop, telephony systems, mobile etc.)

• Interact with product stakeholders to showcase your work and get feedback

As Software Developer, You Have…

• At least 2 years of professional software development experience

• Experience in C# or object oriented language is required

• Experience in javascript frameworks (VueJS is an asset)

• Experience with relational databases and ORMs (Entity Framework is preferred)

• Experience building and consuming remote services

• Familiarity with cloud software development (AWS is an asset)

• Understanding or experience in an agile development team including source control and code reviews

• Knowledge of clean code practices, SOLID design principles and design patterns

• Experience with automated testing and TDD is an asset

• Passion for technology

• Effective communication(verbal and written) and collaborative skills

• Great organizational and communication skills
