About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager for the Brand and Corporate Communications Unit, you will play a key role in developing the business unit by managing and growing strategic accounts.
Responsibilities include:
Client Servicing
Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the agency to ensure that projects are started on time and delivered on spec
Proactively anticipate client needs and suggest creative ways to make the best use of client’s marketing and PR budgets, and enhance their PR and brand strategies overall
Provide strategic and tactical recommendations as needed
Lead the weekly/bi-weekly meetings with clients
Write contact reports and update project trackers
Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and ensure long-term satisfaction through building rapport and handling feedback constructively
Strategic Leadership and Relationship Building
Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients, government stakeholders, media outlets, and industry associations.
Leverage these connections to secure impactful engagements and generate new business opportunities for the Brand and Corporate Communications Unit (BCU).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Write strategy briefs, job orders, and other documents that allow intra- and inter-unit collaboration
Traditional Public Relations
Conduct research and apply findings related to current industry trends, competitor activities, and other updates on the Philippine, regional, and international media landscape
Use trend analysis to suggest new, innovative approaches for client campaigns
Help identify and track trends in the sector that may affect the client
Help create seeding kits and manage their digital and physical distribution
Help connect, coordinate, and maintain relationships with KOLs and influencers and their respective managers following the lead of the Media Relations team
Report pick-ups and relevant competitor- and industry news
Assist in the creation of PR and digital roadmaps
Digital Public Relations
Manage the launch and ongoing optimization of digital PR and marketing campaigns across various channels, including:
paid advertising (Google Ads, social media ads
social media marketing, and
content marketing
Co-manage any of the platforms alongside a performance marketing specialist as required by client contract: Meta, Tiktok, Linkedin
Regularly analyze client metrics and campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to recommend adjustments and maximize impact
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance strategy based on analytics
New Business Development
Assist or lead in the development of pitches alongside business development specialist
Assist in the development of cost proposals
Occasionally join scoping and exploratory meetings
Qualifications and Skills
4-5 years of traditional or digital PR agency experience
Detail-oriented writer and communicator
Excellent project and event management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Possessing a good understanding of government and/or corporate PR accounts is preferred
