JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking an experienced and strategic SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER who will be responsible for achieving the desired marketing and financial objectives of the assigned product portfolio through efficient planning, implementation, analysis and control of the annual product marketing plan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare the annual marketing plan for the assigned product portfolio. This contains the annual forecast, promotional strategies and budget.

• Develop and implement promotional activities in collaboration with the sales team to achieve sales objectives

• Decide on adequate inventory level of each product in collaboration with the business unit head and procurement

• Conduct training on product knowledge to Medical Promotion Specialists to ensure effective pharma detailing to medical practitioners

• Acquire market information concerning competitors and market situations and utilize the gathered information to improve sales and marketing activities

• Prepare reports on product movements and results of promotional activities

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business or health/science courses

• 5+ years of experience as product manager

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Experience in brand strategy development

• Working knowledge in financial feasibility, resource planning and P&L and budget management

• Out-of-the-box thinking

• Ability to translate brand plan into SMART KPIs

• Ability to do cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders
