We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team of passionate medical writers. In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues to design engaging visual assets that support learning and marketing materials.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

• Develop high-quality visual solutions to enhance learning and marketing materials.

• Create graphics, illustrations, and icons to complement written content.

• Convert photographs and drawings into digital assets, including models, flowcharts, and infographics.

• Design page layouts, interfaces, navigation components, animations, and video assets.

• Develop branding materials, ensuring consistency with corporate style guides and stock photography selections.

• Perform quality checks on final deliverables, ensuring adherence to brand standards, fonts, and resolution requirements.

• Apply feedback from colleagues and clients to refine designs for an optimal learning experience.

Project Management

• Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.

• Independently manage smaller design projects while supporting larger team efforts.

Technology & Tools

• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, and other design software.

• Gain expertise in rapid authoring tools like Articulate 360 & Vyond.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to enhance creativity and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Degree in Life Sciences is a plus. (ie Biology)

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

• Experience with Articulate 360 and other e-learning tools is an asset.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work both independently and collaboratively.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguity in design projects.

Work Schedule
Mon-Fri 9pm-6am (Philippine Time)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50,000.00 per month
