What You Will Do

The Senior Finance Analyst, SC FP&A is responsible for leading the APAC Supply Chain FP&A consolidation and reporting . You will consolidate APAC SC financials for Regional and Global reporting and provide analytics related to APAC Operations performance in close partnerships with various Supply Chain Finance teams, Commercial FP&A, BUF, and Global SC FP&A-

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform quarterly close and forecast cycle activities including regional financial consolidation and analysis on the consolidated performance for Regional and Global reporting requirements

  • Manage FP&A calendar and process for APAC SC Finance , aligning with Commercial FP&A and Global FP&A for deliverables

  • Lead FP&A process improvement and implement the change through collaboration with cross-functional teams

  • Act as a SME of reporting and planning data management in Global Finance system and provide guidance to market FP&A for the process

  • Ensure compliance with all local government and company regulations, policies and procedures for health, safety and environmental compliance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skill, previously excel modeling or data consolidation experience

  • The ability to identify, recommend and implement process improvements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

  • Understanding of data visualization techniques, tools, and design principles

  • Experience with SAP, OneStream
