Job Title: Sales Representative
Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving the growth of the company by reaching out to potential clients through telemarketing, cold calls, and business-to-business (B2B) marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, fostering relationships, and contributing to our sales pipeline. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persistent and positive attitude, and a strong ability to build rapport over the phone and email.
Responsibilities:
Conduct telemarketing activities to identify and reach potential clients
Make cold calls to prospective businesses to introduce company offerings and generate leads
Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to engage target audiences
Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure they meet the company’s objectives
Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system
Achieve or exceed individual and team lead generation targets
Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends and potential clients
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation and outreach strategies
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or a similar sales role (minimum of 1-2 years preferred)
Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing principles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build relationships and handle objections effectively
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
