What You Will Do
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic FinTech Sales Operations team in Manila. In this role, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the contract workflow process to guarantee the timely and precise finalization of agreements, and supporting various sales operations functions.
Manage the contract workflow process, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of agreements, with compliance with the Company’s Approval Matrix. Review documents and collaborate with internal partners to gather necessary information and approvals for sales contracts such as Master Service Agreements and Service Order Agreements. Assist with editing documents per stakeholders’ requests.
Provide regular reports and status updates to the team and other collaborators on contract requests.
Ensure that contracts are consistent and accurate, using the latest approved templates and product catalog.
Support improvement of business processes, systems, and quality checks (toll gates) to enable the fast, consistent, and accurate execution of the sales processes. Identify areas for process improvement and propose actionable recommendations.
Coordinate across different functions (Sales, Tooling, Finance, Legal, Product teams) to ensure timely completion of contract approvals.
Assist in performing data quality checks on Salesforce to ensure accuracy and smooth operations.
Facilitate miscellaneous requests from Sales team, such as document requests and gap analyses. Support with providing access to the Nasdaq audit portal and provide any additional documents. Support RFPs and risk assessment response process by coordinating and gathering input from various departments such as InfoSec, Product, Tech, and Legal, and ensuring that the response format adheres to the company standard. Maintain a comprehensive database of responses for RFPs and archive related documents for future reference.
What We Expect
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Legal Management, Management, or related fields
Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, proactive learner, tech-savvy, and innovative thinker.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
What Would Be Helpful
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; experience in Salesforce is a preference
Sales Operations experience in Software / FinTech companies would be a plus
1-2 years of contract management, sales operations, or related experience
