Baken is expanding its distribution footprint in the Philippines and is seeking driven and resourceful Sales Executives. The ideal candidates will have proven success in wholesale, e-commerce, and retail channels. This role will be based in Manila and reports to the Head of Sales and Marketing.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to achieve sales targets and drive company revenue growth.
Support the execution of sales strategies across Modern Trade, HORECA, and retail channels.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through proactive outreach and market research.
Assist in preparing and delivering professional sales pitches and product presentations.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align promotional programs and customer requirements.
Provide timely and accurate sales reports, inventory updates, and customer feedback.
Facilitate client onboarding and ensure a seamless transition into the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with third-party merchandising partners to enhance brand presence and maximize sales opportunities.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor product performance and competitor activities.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Experience in Modern Trade Key Accounts, HORECA, or Travel Retail is an advantage.
Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing new business.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated, action-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365; SAP experience is a plus.
Fluency in English (written and verbal).
Willing to travel frequently (up to 80% field-based).
