The client is a start-up company in the Philippines but has established presence in other ASEAN countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam. They offer a quality stainless steel tube systems to align with the principle of food-safety and comply to hygienic requirement and international standard in food production process.
Responsibilities
Understand our product/service’s technical features, functionalities and benefits.
Understand customer needs and aligning product offerings with their requirements.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers, conduct presentations to showcase product features.
Conduct product demonstrations and delivering compelling presentations to showcase the value of our solutions.
Provide post-sales support to customers, including technical troubleshooting and customer training.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
Developand maintain strong customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Contribute to sales strategies, pricing decisions and contract negotiations based on technical considerations.
Give active feedback and insights from the market to the product development and marketing team.
Participate in sales meetings, trade shows and industry events to promote our products or services.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
BA bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
2+ years of experience as a sales engineer or similar role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Comfortable to communicate and can speak English fluently
Strong technical background and ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate with audiences.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and propose innovative solutions.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and other office software is an advantage.
Proficient in drawing software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD is an advantage.
Willingness to travel to meet customers.
Preferably with own vehicle (gasoline/fuel fee is reimbursable but subject for approval).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
