The ideal candidate will possess a business or sales degree (preferred), be eager to learn, and excel at active listening. This role focuses on working with both new and existing customers to onboard properties, negotiate better rates, ensure optimal availability, and maximize hotel inventory performance.
Responsibilities:
Engage with new and existing customers to onboard properties and optimize their inventory
Negotiate competitive rates and ensure proper availability with hotel partners
Conduct onboarding calls to understand customer needs, revenue goals, and market positioning
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, referrals, and inventory performance in CRM systems
Collaborate closely with head of customer success to improve conversion and retention
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer expectations
Requirements
Proven experience in the hospitality industry
Business or sales degree preferred
Strong active listening skills and ability to understand customer needs
High level of self-confidence and eagerness to learn
Ability to work diligently on inbound leads to maximize conversion rates
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Hubspot CRM software and Google Workspace Suite
