About the role
You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, mainly from the US, understanding their needs, and introducing them to our innovative solutions. This is a full-time and fully-remote role.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other channels to qualify leads and book meetings with the sales team
Conduct daily outbound calls and emails to engage with potential customers.
Research and identify new business opportunities within your assigned territory
Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions and progress in the CRM system
Work closely with the sales team to provide high-quality leads and support the sales process
Continuously improve your sales skills and techniques to drive successful outcomes
Qualifications
Proven experience of at least 5 years as an SDR or a similar role, working with US audience.
Fluent English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with prospects.
Proven track record of prospecting, lead generation and pipeline development.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Passion for problem-solving and a keen interest in understanding customer needs
Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools
