We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Lead to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts. this role is vital in ensuring that the best talents are sourced, evaluated, and onboarded while building a strong talent pipeline aligned with business goals. As the Recruitment lead, you will manage and lead a team of recruiters to ensure the deliverables are being met.

What You'll Do

The desired candidate’s day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure successful delivery of non-technical talent acquisition goals and targets.

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and programs to attract top talent for non-technical positions.

• Partner with hiring managers to identify job requirements and create job descriptions and specifications.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for open positions.

• Manage the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely feedback to all parties involved.

• Negotiate offers with candidates and partner with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.

• Utilize data and analytics to drive recruitment strategies and continuously improve the recruitment process.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in HR related functions or a related field.

• At least 7 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on non-tech recruitment of mid to senior level positions.

• At least 4 years of experience in leading and managing a team of recruiters.

• Strong knowledge of non-technical recruiting best practices and trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to attract top talent.

• Proficiency in recruiting software, applicant tracking systems.

• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to business operations.
