DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS

• Collaborates with chefs to develop new pastry recipes and modify existing ones, ensuring they meet quality and consistency standards.

• Accurately documents recipes, processes, and findings to create a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.

• Assists in managing inventory, ensuring that necessary ingredients are available for research and development activities.

• Assists in conducting experiments, tests, and trials to evaluate new ingredients, techniques, and processes.

• Assists in developing standard operating procedure and techniques for pastries menu launch from testing to implementation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Culinary Arts, Food Technology

• Minimum 1 year of experience in research and development

• Preferably with Pastries and Baking background.

• Ability to accurately document recipes and processes.

• Ability to manage inventory and keep the R&D kitchen organized.

• Ability to effectively communicate with chefs and other team members.

• Product Development, Costing, Recipe creation, Menu Creation

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

• Flexible, able to work in a fast paced environment and result-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
