Position: QA Supervisor

Department: QA

Responsibilities:

• Supervise QA Personnel in all areas including scheduling, timekeeping, attendance tracking, safety awareness, cross-training, progressive discipline, reviews, job descriptions, etc.

• Provide effective Coaching, Mentoring and employee development of team members.

• Monitor QA Certification, trainings and orientations of QA documents.

· Arrange QA Schedule based on needed shifts.

· Assigned personnel on daily, weekend and holiday overtime if needed.

• Daily Check of QA timesheet and review every cut off.

• Provide effective QA performance appraisal annually.

· Raise Purchase Requisition for QA Supplies/ Material using PSOS.

• Monitor QA supplies and update inventory per Monthly basis.

• Assist QA Personnel with daily responsibilities as necessary.

• Responsible for assisting the QA Engineer in implementing site quality assurance and quality control system, in compliance with the quality standards at site to ensure high quality products.

• Responsible for ensuring timely and effective review/implementation of all company's policies, procedures, and activities involved in assuring the quality of manufactured products.

• Issue Explanation/ Disciplinary Actions to QA Personnel if necessary.

• Perform final verification to ensure the following:

-Assists in developing and maintaining ISO9001 procedures and work instructions (Incoming and Outgoing Quality Assurance).

-Ensures that all documents are filled up properly during outgoing i.e, run sheets, OQA checklist.

-Ensures that all outgoing document and measurements are checked and verified based on outgoing specs and requirements or criteria.

• Updates Quality Procedure/instruction for new changes/ revisions and orient and implement as needed.

• Ensures that all QA files and photo both IQA & OQA are updated and organized in QA storage drive.

• Monitor QA Efficiency of all incoming and outgoing card base on define cycle time per complexity of card.

• Responsible for all probe card QA concerns/request.

• Knowledgeable on IQA and OQA process such visual inspection, measurement and PRVX testing.

• Explain and implement the processes, systems and procedure in his area of responsibility.

• Familiar with manufacturing processes and interpretation of control plans and risk assessment per process.

• Able to understand and follow inspection criteria and documented procedure.

• Complies with company rules and regulations and manufacturing specifications.

• Checks area for proper housekeeping and performs 5S.

• Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATION

Work Experience:

· Typically requires 5 or more years experience as Technican and 5 years experience in similar field

· With experience in People Handling.

Mandatory Skills:

· With Basic Computer Knowledge

· Flexible.

· Detail oriented

· Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization

· Ability to work independently without immediate direction and supervision

· Ability to multi-task and can handle pressures and deadlines

· High energetic and self- motivated

Preferred Skill :

· Knowledge on probe card/ hardware is preferred

· Ability to work in a self- directed environment

· Knowledge on the operations of PRVX/ Probilt and PRVX4.

Education/Licenses/Certification

Graduate of any 4 – year course or at least of 2 years Technical/Vocational graduate of related field (computer, electrical, electronics, with at least 3 years work experience in similar field.
