Responsible for start-up/routine laboratory testing (First Article of Evaluation) and lot inspection of all finished goods based on an established quality control plan. Facilitates product recall activity as needed and decides to release the product with the concurrence of the QA Engineer/ QA Manager.

• First Article of Evaluation (FAE) every production start-up or after every adjustment / preventive maintenance

• Final Inspection Activity as per Quality Control Plan

• Generates COA per batch every delivery

• Validation and qualification

• Hold for inspection

• Complaint handling and product recall

Qualifications:

Minimum of one--year experience in quality assurance related to product quality inspection.

Good in verbal and written communication

Knowledge of ISO, FSSC and Halal is an advantage

Basic knowledge of quality tools including but not limited to SPC, FMEA, and 8D is an advantage.
