As a Project and Testing Manager, you will be a key player on our team, overseeing the design and deployment of a cutting-edge platform that integrates various processing systems into a seamless, user-friendly interface available through a web portal and mobile app. This platform will revolutionize our client’s access and manage Enterprise Workplace Services.

In this role, you will work closely with our internal teams, developers, and partners to ensure timelines are met and communication is clear.

Location: Remote, Central Europe

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the testing cycles for the platform, including coordinating with the India-based Liferay development team on the features available to test, sharing the testing scripts, communicating with the testers for each feature, and reporting defects in Jira.

  • Distill functionality documented in process flow charts, data flow diagrams, and user journey maps into clear testing scripts for non-technical users to test as part of user acceptance testing. Review test scripts with Liferay for completeness before sharing with the testers.

  • Ensure testing for each sprint is completed on time, with clear communication on expected timelines.

  • Track reported issues and communicate when they are corrected and ready for re-testing.

  • Manage pool of nominated testers based on availability to ensure that testing can be completed on time. Escalate resource needs when necessary.

  • Serve as an SME for local implementations in the CE region, both internal and client-facing.

  • Collaborate with partners to understand their solutions and ensure they are properly configured for testing.

  • Support UAT testing for client implementations based on feedback from onsite operations teams and the Technical Implementation Manager.

  • Analyze system data to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.

  • Create technical process maps to visualize current and future state processes.

  • Support the creation and distribution of training materials for internal SPS teams to learn the functionality and administration in the platform.

  • Support structured change request process, ensuring that all adjustments to scope are documented, estimated, and agreed upon.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a project management role, with a focus on leading technology projects. This role will primarily support development and deployment, but may be client-facing on occasion.

  • Expertise in technical workflow design, system integration, and requirements documentation using tools such as Visio, Camunda, and Figma.

  • Knowledge of best practices in workplace experience and onsite business logistics.

  • Strong ability to communicate, track deadlines, and escalate to resolve issues that may delay project deliverables.

  • Experience in conducting technical user acceptance testing, specifically in defining clear test criteria and logging issues in ticketing systems.

  • Proven track record of working with multiple stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and blockers are cleared.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to suggest alternative workflows.

  • Relevant certifications in technical implementation, project management, or related fields are a plus but not required.
