Target Tier 2 Developers: Strategically expand Kohler's business among Tier 2 developers.
Technical Expertise: Utilize strong technical knowledge to effectively communicate complex information to project management teams on job sites.
Executive Engagement: Engage and influence executive stakeholders to drive business initiatives.
Product Presentations: Deliver impactful presentations highlighting the benefits of Kohler products.
Marketing Initiatives: Launch targeted below-the-line marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility for assigned developers.
Distributor Management: Collaborate transparently with distributors to grow Kohler's business.
Relationship Building: Foster relationships with mid-level managers, purchasing departments, jobsite engineers, and architects through meaningful interactions

Skills/Requirements

Experience in relationship management and business development.
Ability to engage with various stakeholders, from executives to mid-level managers.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
