We are seeking a Project Manager with deep expertise in Monday.com to help customize and streamline project management processes. You’ll play a crucial role in optimizing workflows, managing resources, and integrating KPIs for efficient project execution. This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance. Part-time (16 hours/week, UK working hours, Monday-Thursday), can grow into full time based on performanceRemote Salary: $400 - $700/month Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Monday.com Optimization: Set up, customize, and manage project management workflows to align with business needs

• Resource & Time Tracking: Monitor resources across projects, ensuring accurate time tracking and team allocation

• Client-Specific Templates: Create and implement client-specific project templates for streamlined operations

• Project KPI Integration: Collaborate with the leadership team to integrate key performance indicators into project management systems

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless communication, project alignment, and deliverables

• Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports on project progress, team efficiency, and resource utilization to inform decision-making

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in the same capacity

• Proficiency in Monday.com: Extensive experience in setting up custom workflows, automating processes, and creating reports within Monday.com

• Project Management Expertise: Strong understanding of project management principles, resource tracking, and time management

• Agency Experience: Previous experience managing projects within a creative agency or marketing environment is preferred

• Communication & Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage stakeholders, communicate project status, and lead teams effectively

• Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of identifying bottlenecks, optimizing workflows, and ensuring project deliverables are met on time

• Knowledge of KPI Tracking: Understanding of how to align project management systems with business KPIs and performance metrics
