We are looking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in stone and marble c to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure quality, cost effectiveness, and timely project delivery while maintaining strong client and supplier relationships.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the development and upkeep of project plans and schedules

• Gather project status updates, risks, and issues for presentation to stakeholders and senior management

• Participate in and / or lead regular meetings with project team members to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns

• Contribute to identifying and managing project risks

• Support the implementation of project management methodologies and best practices

• Oversee all construction and installation activities

• Supervise and monitor team tasks and work progress

• Create accurate project estimates and designs

• Provide technical support to the organization

• Review pending tasks and ensure completion

• Meet with clients as needed

• Monitor and prepare client proposals and necessary documentation

• Coordinate approvals required for projects

• Guide and supervise site surveys for projects

• Complete other assigned tasks as needed

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in construction project management, particularly in stone and marble works.

• Strong knowledge of marble, granite, and natural stone properties, sourcing, and installation techniques_ (preferred)_

• Background in luxury interiors, façade cladding, or high-end stone finishes (preferred)

• Hardworking, can work efficiently under time pressure

• Can perform multiple tasks

• Can handle and finish a project independently

• Responsible and has a sense of urgency
