Responsible of all management of contracts (KY2 Project), especially in terms of quality, costs

and planning

- If necessary, attendance and support during negotiation of all construction related contracts

including but not limited to the civil and electrical engineering, turbine supply agreement,

transportation and erection, design....

- Responsible for construction management, construction H&S, construction environmental

impact management

- Internally, responsible of construction planning with KY2 Construction Team, development

department as well as TBC maintenance department (Operation and Maintenance)

- Responsible of Construction planning management with all external parties involved directly

and indirectly in construction

- Manages Method statement provided by Contractors

- Responsible of construction budget and construction deadline compliance as well as handover

of the project after first electricity generation on the grid (COD) to KY2 maintenance department

- Coordinates site construction with KY2 Development team in charge of community relationship

management

- Coordinates with Owner’s Engineers as well as investor’s consultants (if any)

Job requirements:

 In-depth knowledge of the renewable industry

 At least 20 years in the same position in a foreign or multinational company.

Pay: Php120,000.00 - Php130,000.00 per month
