We are looking for a Product Owner to join our dynamic team and play a key role in translating client business needs into actionable requirements for our development team.
Job Responsibilities As a Product Owner, your primary responsibilities will include:
πΉ Product Vision & Strategy: Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
πΉ Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with clients to gather detailed requirements, analyze their business processes, and identify areas for improvement.
πΉ Requirements Documentation: Translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable business tickets for developers to implement.
πΉ Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between clients, internal stakeholders, and the development team to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
πΉ Quality Assurance Support: Work closely with the QA team to ensure that the developed solutions meet client requirements and business standards.
πΉ Solution Design: Assist in creating functional and technical specifications, ensuring all business requirements are met with scalable, high-quality solutions.
πΉ Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in client processes and internal workflows, driving efficiency through innovative solutions.
πΉ Training & Support: Provide post-implementation support and training to clients and stakeholders as needed.
Key Qualifications
β Education: Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
β Experience: 3+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a technical or software development environment.
β Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development processes and tools, including Agile methodologies, Jira, Atlassian, Slack, Google Suite.
β Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
β Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
β Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think critically, assess client pain points, and recommend innovative solutions.
β SaaS Experience: Experience in SaaS environments is a plus!
β Certifications: Formal training in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies is a plus!
β Mindset: Hungry, motivated, and a team player!
β Presentation Skills: Comfortable presenting to management and stakeholders.
