About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and execution of a new E-wallet product for a leading telecom company in the Philippines. This role will be responsible for shaping the product vision, driving end-to-end product lifecycle management, and ensuring alignment with business, compliance, and technical requirements.
As a key member of the product team, you will work cross-functionally with technology, compliance, finance, and operations teams to build a seamless, secure, and innovative payments platform that meets customer needs and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap Development
Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback collection to drive data-driven decision-making.
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact, customer experience, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to set clear product goals, success metrics, and milestones.
Product Development & Execution
Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to develop and launch key product features.
Define product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Drive Agile development processes (e.g., sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups).
Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback, analytics, and business KPIs.
Payments & Compliance Integration
Lead the integration of payment networks (InstaPay, PESONet, BancNet, Visa, Mastercard) into the E-wallet.
Ensure compliance with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulations, EMI licensing, and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies.
Work closely with compliance, legal, and security teams to ensure all product features align with regulatory and certification requirements (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).
Customer Experience & Growth
Define and optimize the user journey for seamless onboarding, transactions, and wallet funding.
Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
Leverage A/B testing, customer insights, and data analytics to continuously improve the product.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Act as the bridge between business, technology, and operations teams, ensuring smooth execution of product initiatives.
Coordinate with external partners, banks, fintech providers, and regulatory bodies to enable key integrations.
Present product updates, reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Experience
2-3 years of experience in product management within fintech, banking, digital payments, or e-wallets.
Hands-on experience in Agile development processes, product roadmaps, and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to analyze customer behavior, data metrics, and market trends to inform product decisions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other product management tools.
