The Role
Crescendo is looking for a Product Manager who will help guide our product development efforts, ensuring we continue to deliver meaningful value to our clients. You'll support translating ideas into practical features and capabilities, overseeing product enhancements from ideation through launch. If you are an organized, collaborative individual with a talent for turning customer needs into actionable product plans, we would love to meet you.
Working closely with our product and engineering teams, you will contribute directly to building enhancements to Crescendo's technology platform, driving productivity and improving CX operations for our clients.
What you’ll do :
Assisting in developing and executing product strategies aligned with Crescendo’s overall vision.
Gathering, reviewing, and synthesizing customer and stakeholder feedback to inform product requirements.
Collaborating with senior management and team leaders to help build product roadmaps and plans.
Coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams to support client deployments and product initiatives.
Documenting clear and detailed product requirements and specifications.
Managing and refining the enhancement backlog based on input from clients and internal teams.
Ensuring timely and quality product releases, monitoring performance to meet client expectations.
Identifying creative opportunities to expand and improve our product offerings.
Proposing effective methods to track and measure product usage and its impact on users.
Participating in regular discussions with engineering leadership on implementation progress and product direction.
What we expect from you:
Prior experience as a Product Manager or in a closely related role.
Technical or IT background is beneficial.
Strong organizational and leadership aptitude.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Creative thinking with the ability to see new opportunities.
Comfort and curiosity around software technologies, with an interest in AI.
