We offer full commercial kitchen design and build services, providing seamless end-to-end solutions for Professional Chefs, Restaurants, and Food Business Owners. Our comprehensive services include professional kitchen design, custom kitchen equipment fabrication, cold storage and heavy-duty refrigeration equipment, professional food service equipment, HVAC, industrial exhaust and fresh air systems, gas line and fire suppression installations, as well as kitchen builds, fit-outs, and renovations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth operations across all departments.

• Supervision/Managerial activities (i.e. leading purchasing/logistic team etc.)

• Identify profitable suppliers and initiate strategic partnerships that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

• Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms, including pricing, quality, and delivery schedules.

• Finalize purchase details, including order specifications and delivery terms, to ensure smooth transactions and timely deliveries.

• Review and assess existing contracts to identify opportunities for improvement, cost savings, and compliance with terms.

• Track and report key functional metrics related to procurement, aiming to reduce expenses and enhance overall effectiveness.

• Anticipate changes in the negotiating landscape with suppliers and clients, identify potential risks through data analysis, and develop mitigation strategies.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to align project objectives with organizational goals

• Review prices and product specifications from various suppliers to determine which will provide the best deal.

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, management or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement

• Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, and vendor management, preferably in a construction or kitchen fabrication company setup.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong computer skills & problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in using Google Workspace apps such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.

• Detail oriented & able to adapt to change.

• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment Competencies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
