In the Philippines, IPG Mediabrands was founded in 2015 by the late and beloved Venus Reyes-Navalta and is registered in SEC as IPG Mediabrands Philippines, Inc. We are structured in the country as an umbrella company of a number of brands or business units such as UM (media agency), Initiative (media agency), Magna, Orion, MediaBrands Content Studio (MBCS) plus our now affiliates Kinesso, Reprise (performance marketing) and Matterkind (programmatic / addressable media) which unified into one business unit still called Kinesso that incorporated its own company in 2021 to form Kinesso Philippines, Inc.
POSITION OVERVIEW
This role is a key contributor to the search engine marketing (SEM) and social media advertising efforts, requiring a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for leading campaigns, execution, and optimization, while mentoring junior team members in learning and improving digital marketing capabilities.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint – able to use basic formula to improve efficiency (Excel), create basic presentations with use of charts and representations of data (PPT) to communicate plans and findings. Precise in campaign buildings, organized and with the ability to multi-task
Creativity and a sharp attention to detail
Ability to establish & maintain relationship with onshore client team
Profound knowledge across one or more search/social platforms
Able to execute digital campaigns and report on the learnings
Knowledge of KPIs and formulation for cost ranges
English language proficiency; strong communications and interpersonal skills
1 to 3 years of experience in campaign creation and knowledge in various media buying platforms. FRESH GRADUATES are also welcome to apply as long as they want to be trained in digital marketing & advertising
