Job Description


  • Understand the market trends and drivers of payments and the role that the PayAll and PayLite business plays in the industry

  • Maximize business revenue by formulating targeted programs and frameworks to specific customers

  • Create strategic campaigns and program objectives as deepening programs to assigned category and key merchants

  • Execute promotions and campaigns from end to end from conceptualization, financial analysis to timely and strategic releasing of communication materials

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and cross functional units to develop and execute Marketing recommendations within timelines

  • Analyze and do post evaluation of promotions and campaigns

  • Collect and analyze sales trends, category shifts, market intelligence and competition

  • Timely handling of cardholder inquiries / complaints regarding the promotions and campaigns

  • Negotiation with key merchants to close out promotions/ campaigns


Qualifications


Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, computer science

  • Having an MBA or other high-level management degree makes you a more desirable candidate.


Tools:

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.


Skills:

  • Proven stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven experience managing a team.

  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

  • Understanding of project management
