Job Description
Understand the market trends and drivers of payments and the role that the PayAll and PayLite business plays in the industry
Maximize business revenue by formulating targeted programs and frameworks to specific customers
Create strategic campaigns and program objectives as deepening programs to assigned category and key merchants
Execute promotions and campaigns from end to end from conceptualization, financial analysis to timely and strategic releasing of communication materials
Collaborate with key stakeholders and cross functional units to develop and execute Marketing recommendations within timelines
Analyze and do post evaluation of promotions and campaigns
Collect and analyze sales trends, category shifts, market intelligence and competition
Timely handling of cardholder inquiries / complaints regarding the promotions and campaigns
Negotiation with key merchants to close out promotions/ campaigns
Qualifications
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, computer science
Having an MBA or other high-level management degree makes you a more desirable candidate.
Tools:
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Skills:
Proven stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience managing a team.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Understanding of project management
