Job Description

Job Summary:

The Network Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s IT network infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and efficiency. This role involves configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting network system system, managing Active Directory, handling network security, and providing technical support to ensure seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Management and Maintenance

• Active Directory Management

• Security and Compliance

• User Support & Troubleshooting

• Backup & Disaster Recovery.

Qualifications

Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related role.

• Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role

• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP,VLAN, VPN, etc.)

• Hands-on experience managing Active Directory, group policy, and windows server environments

• Experience with network security tools and firewalls

• Ability to troubleshoot network and Active Directory and implement solutions
