Multimedia Content Creation:

Job Title: Multimedia Specialist

Job Summary: The Multimedia Specialist is responsible for creating engaging multimedia content that includes graphics, animations, videos, and audio elements to support the company’s marketing, training, and communication efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multimedia production, from concept development to final editing, and will work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality and impactful content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality multimedia content, including graphics, animations, videos, and audio elements for use in marketing, training, promotional materials, and informational videos.

• Create compelling visual designs and animations to support the overall creative vision for different projects.

Video Production and Editing:

• Plan, script, shoot, and edit video content for various purposes, including promotional, educational, and corporate videos.

• Work closely with other departments to understand video content requirements and ensure videos are aligned with the company’s brand identity and objectives.

Use of Design Software and Tools:

• Utilize design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, etc.), to produce visually appealing and cohesive materials.

• Regularly update and upgrade skills on current design and video production trends to ensure that content is modern, innovative, and effective.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, HR, product development) to understand project objectives and develop appropriate multimedia solutions.

• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure that the final output aligns with the company’s goals and expectations.

• Collaborate with team members and provide creative insights during brainstorming and project development sessions.

Trend Awareness and Creativity:

• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital communications, design, and multimedia content production.

• Bring innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table while maintaining the integrity and consistency of the company’s brand identity.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that all deadlines are met.

• Take responsibility for organizing, prioritizing, and executing tasks efficiently, with a focus on delivering high-quality content.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and other relevant design and editing tools.

• Strong knowledge of video production, including filming, lighting, sound recording, and editing techniques.

• Familiarity with current trends in multimedia, digital media, and social media content.

Skills:

• Highly creative with a keen eye for detail, composition, and visual storytelling.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

• Ability to adapt to feedback and make necessary revisions to content based on direction provided.

• Location: Willing to work at the company’s office in San Pedro, Laguna (Landmark: Southwoods Mall).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
