We provide international digital marketing services for Chinese brands with integrated SEO, web development and digital sales and marketing services for the international market.
We are seeking a Media Buying and Strategy Expert with proven experience in scaling multi-channel ad execution for paid media campaigns. As the expert in the field, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic media plans to effectively reach target audiences across various channels.
This role requires a strong knowledge of media planning & buying processes, strategic thinking, and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions that maximize campaign performance. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, cross-functional internal teams, influencers and growth teams to ensure all campaigns align with our clients' goals and deliver measurable results.
Role and Responsibilities:
Core Media Buying & Strategy
Develop cross-channel paid media strategies to align awareness, acquisition, and retention.
Plan, execute and manage campaigns across TikTok Ads Manager, Google UAC & YouTube Ads (App install & performance campaigns), Snapchat Ads & Apple Search Ads (Mobile-first targeting).
Scale paid media campaigns efficiently while optimizing CPI, ROAS, and LTV to achieve performance goals.
Influencer Marketing & KOL Collaboration
Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with KOLs & content creators (TikTok, YouTube, UGC marketplaces) to amplify brand campaigns.
Structure performance-driven influencer deals.
Tracking, Analytics & Data-Driven Optimization
Multi-Channel Ad Execution: Scale paid campaigns across TikTok, Google, Meta, etc.
Setting up and managing Platform pixels (TikTok, Meta, Google etc), Google Analytics 4 (GA4) & UTM tracking for influencer-driven traffic.
Analyze key metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, to drive actionable insights and improvements.
Creative & Growth Marketing
Develop innovative and engaging campaigns that stand out.
Work closely with creative, content, and design teams on ad development to ensure ad creatives align with the overall campaign strategy and brand objectives.
Optimize UGC ad creatives based on platform trends and audience behavior.
Project Management & Stakeholder Communication
Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders, sharing campaign results, insights, and optimization recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients on campaign planning and execution.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in media planning & buying (preferably in mobile app growth).
Experience managing large-scale multi-platform ad budgets ($250K+ preferred).
Proven experience in scaling paid media campaigns efficiently.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience managing influencer or client relationships.
Hands-on expertise managing campaigns across various digital marketing channels and platforms.
Strong knowledge of media attribution models (last-click, multi-touch, incrementality testing).
Understanding of engagement metrics & ROI for influencer partnerships.
Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs): AppsFlyer, Adjust
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Creatify, Canva) for cost-effective content production.
Comfortable working with cross-functional Creative teams, Influencers (coordinating TikTok & YouTube collaborations), internal product and growth teams.
Strong reporting & presentation skills—able to distill insights for leadership teams.
Analytical mindset with an ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
