Job Description:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead media planning, buying, and implementation for major campaigns across various platforms (TV, Digital, OOH, etc.) to meet business objectives and KPIs.

  • Campaign Integration: Collaborate with core brand and marketing teams to integrate best in-class media solutions into brand strategies and create a seamless execution plan across platforms.

  • Creative Execution: Develop innovative media strategies that leverage cutting-edge digital tools to amplify campaign impact. Ensure media solutions are aligned with consumer insights and brand goals.

  • Performance Analysis: Report on key campaign metrics, offering strategic insights and recommendations for optimization. Use data to inform campaign decisions and identify growth opportunities.

  • Media Optimization: Constantly identify and drive opportunities to optimize media performance for greater efficiency and impact, maximizing the return on investment (ROI).

  • Team Leadership: Grow the digital capabilities of the media team. Support their professional development while ensuring the successful execution of all media plans.

  • Competitor & Trend Analysis: Lead presentations on competitor content analysis and local media trends to keep the marketing team

Job Qualification:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in media planning/buying or digital marketing. Experience with consumer electronics is a plus.

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the digital and media landscape, including industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive insights.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights that guide media strategy.

  • Team Management: Experience leading and developing a small team, driving both personal and organizational growth.

  • Campaign Experience: Experience in managing both small and large media budgets and working on cross-functional teams to achieve campaign success.

  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
