Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the company and for new and existing products or services
Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy
Set and administer an annual marketing budget
Create and manage a calendar of events such as in-store promos, trade fairs, caravans, product launching and seasonal campaigns
Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team
Plan and execute wholesale programs and loyalty programs
Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively
Manage and refine the company’s social media presence, digital ads and creative contents
Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs
Conduct market research studies and analysis
Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of promotional materials
Accomplishes marketing and sales staff objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees.

Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
Sales and Marketing Manager: 5 years (Preferred)
