As a Marketing Manager you’ll be part of our Marketing team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to be:
STRATEGY
Understand key target audience and their emotion driver to develop marketing activities based on each brand positioning (DEWALT & STANLEY&BLACK+DECKER) and communication architecture.
Constantly evaluate the most effective ways to deliver our messaging to the users via O2O channels and identify mediums that are best served to meet overall marketing objectives.
Liaise with cross-function teams and external agencies to wisely plan available resources and ensure effective ROI and campaign delivery in excellence.
CONSUMER JOURNEY INITIATIVES
Develop online and offline marketing and commercial calendar across the user journey including campaigns, promotions, product launches in partnership with content and PM teams.
Support e-commerce teams by designing campaigns to promote e-events on Shoppe & Lazada by driving traffic that converts to the marketplaces.
Provide direction on influencer selection and deliver communication messaging to KOL & KOC to ensure consistent brand storytelling and increase brand credential.
Plan media buy via external agency to maximize the brand exposure and performance tracking
Maintain and optimize the brand websites to ensure the best consumer experience.
COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
Build cross-channel community growth strategy including fan group on social media channels, and e-commerce membership groups.
Plan member activities to acquire new members and engage with existing fanbase to increase brand affinity
Define and implement CRM journeys to drive up-sell and cross-sell by re-targeting our customer database.
OFFLINE
Set up annual offline campaign planning and ensure smooth landing to channels.
Responsible for trade marketing activities; including trade event participation | demo van
design and activity planning, and frequent regional sales communication.
Review POSM, marketing material and commercial program design to support sell-out.
REPORTING AND BUDGET MANAGEMENT
Track campaign performance through data analysis by converting KPIs and findings into specific insights and actions.
Budget reporting and management, including preparing reports for internal clients and producing expenditure updates for marketing initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business and/or related field.
8-10 years of marketing experience, tool or outdoor related industry experience is a plus
Great written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English & Mandarin as well as presentation skills/storytelling
Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
Ability to coordinate tasks, manage details and share information (budgets, resources, metrics, timeline management, etc.)
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Understanding of key marketing concepts, business analytics and basic financial acumen
Ability to motivate and influence internal and external parties
