The Brand & Marketing Manager for Air and Water Filtration will be responsible for developing and executing strategic brand initiatives to strengthen our market position and drive brand awareness and loyalty. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our brand message aligns with our mission and resonates with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand recognition and reputation.
Define and communicate the brand's core values, messaging, and positioning.
Monitor market trends and consumer insights to refine and adapt brand strategies accordingly.
Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns to promote our air and water filtration products and services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
Manage the successful launch of new air and water filtration products, including market research, pricing, and positioning.
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that maximize product visibility and sales.
Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity, including logos, packaging, and design elements.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints.
Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and competitive trends.
Use data and insights to develop effective marketing strategies and product improvements.
Identify and cultivate partnerships and collaborations that align with the brand's values and objectives.
Negotiate and manage relationships with relevant industry influencers and organizations.
Develop and manage the brand's marketing budget effectively.
Ensure cost-effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
at least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proven experience in brand management and marketing, preferably in the consumer goods or environmental technology sectors.
Strong understanding of the Philippines market and consumer behavior.
Exceptional communication and creative thinking skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategies.
Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
