Requirements
Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
Must have your own laptop, preferably with at least an i5 processor or equivalent, along with a stable internet connection.
Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
Proficiency in social media scheduling tools and email marketing platforms.
Experience in lead generation and community building.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Familiarity with market research techniques and tools.
Willing to learn and improve your skills.
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
Manage social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring social media activity.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and graphic designers, to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all channels.
Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics, generate reports, and derive actionable insights to optimize social media campaigns.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing.
Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and new features to leverage for enhanced performance.
Engage with influencers and develop partnerships to amplify brand reach and awareness.
Monitor and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization.
