• Managing Promos in Shopify

• Set up and schedule discounts, coupon codes, and sales campaigns

• Coordinates promo updates to the wider team

• Actioning flash sale, monthly sales, campaigns. Drawlots on monthly subscriber winner

and winback winner

Others

• Communicating promotions to affiliates

Klaviyo

• Write and edit engaging EDM copy for all email placements

• Test email designs, links, and functionality before scheduling

• Create and optimize automated email flows to enhance customer journeys, such as

welcome series, abandoned cart, and post-purchase flows

• Communicating new campaign initiatiatives to the wider team

Marketing BAU

• Ensure timely and accurate placements for important dates, including SMS, EDMs, and

push notifications.

• Communicate approved monthly calendar to the wider team

• Manage follow-ups with departments outside of marketing to ensure tasks related to

campaigns are completed.
