As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and delivering engaging marketing campaigns. This position is perfect for someone who has a keen eye for design, exceptional writing skills, and a knack for using social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn to drive outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, design, and post compelling content across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, to enhance our online presence and brand visibility
Write engaging and professional content tailored for LinkedIn and other digital platforms
Edit videos and design visuals to create impactful multimedia content for marketing campaigns
Assist in email marketing campaigns, including drafting and scheduling newsletters or outreach emails
Conduct outreach activities to connect with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing, social media, and content creation
Qualifications:
Proficiency in social media management and marketing on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc
Strong design skills with experience in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent
Video editing expertise to create professional and captivating multimedia content
Excellent written communication skills for content writing and email marketing
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
A proactive approach with a passion for creativity and problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Previous experience in a marketing or assistant role
Knowledge of marketing analytics and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Mailchimp, etc.)
