This role is crucial for conducting in-depth market research and providing insights that will shape our business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data from online casino platforms, including user engagement rates, betting behaviors, gaming preferences, and other key performance indicators.

• Conduct on-site research of physical casinos, analyzing management processes, client services, and marketing strategies.

• Research the dynamics of competing products within the industry, track the latest market trends, gaming popularity, and provide detailed competitive analysis reports.

• Evaluate the market potential for new game developments, offering data-driven support and comprehensive research reports.

• Support the Market Survey Manager in completing special project research, contributing valuable data and strategic insights for decision-making.

• Conduct research in major casinos and analyze game layout and popularity trends.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, operations, or on-site management in the gaming industry.

• Familiar with the casino market and both online and offline operation models, and an understanding of the policies and market dynamics of the Philippines casino industry.

• Possess strong data processing and analysis skills, with the ability to independently write comprehensive research reports.

• Strong communication skills with experience in cross-cultural communication; preference given to candidates with local or Filipino employee experience.

• Good English proficiency, suitable for high-intensity market survey work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
